Gran Canaria Airport is located approximately 18 km from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital city of the island, and 25 km from southern areas of Gran Canaria. The airport is also nearby the areas of Ingenio, Telde, Playa de Melenara and Playa de Arinago, and is found in the Bay of Gando. Gran Canaria is one of Spain's famous Canary Islands, with lovely beaches, holiday resorts and many other attractions.
